claudiatammen > This is a photo I worked on today. It was shot last week on Modjeska Canyon road in the early evening light. I enjoy these olive trees lining and overhanging the road. The branches seem to be reaching out to each other. I especially like the curve in the road and the light on the trees.
claudiatammen > July 8, 2007 I went shooting today with two digital photo friends, Becca and Felicia, in my neighborhood, Modjeska Canyon. It is a beautiful place, full of interesting homes (from the grand to the funky), animals, trees and hiking trails. Helena Modjeska's (a famous actress in the 1800's) estate, Arden, is also here. Unfortunately, it wasn't open today which turned out to be a good thing....we never left my street, Markuson Rd. We were able to shoot photos of this woman and her horses because she generously brought them into the arena and put them through their paces. Thank-you, Nancy! I liked this one best because it shows an intimate moment between her and horse, Kid. They have a lovely relationship and this photo catches a glimpse of that. claudiatammen > Oct. 2, 2007 Evidence of extraterrestials in Orange County??? Have you ever seen a more suspicious structure? Really, I discovered this in a hidden place in south Orange County - tucked away in this conservative onclave. Is it a secret CIA outpost? I am highly intrigued with the unusual (to say the least) appearance of this place and plan to return to do more spy photography....
